Billy sometimes forgot about the sort of world that Ellie came from and
just how different this all was for her. Cake, ice cream, and other stuff
were probably impossible where she was from. He knew how hard it was to
get food in this world sometimes so wherever she came from must have had it
crazy bad. Still, cake whenever you wanted was pretty awesome.
"Okay, so what's the first thing you ate until you got sick then? And not
because it was bad but because eating a whole cake by yourself is going to
make you puke."
