Billy had no idea what it was. Well, he knew it was a watch but it was a
giant, blank watch that honestly looked like it was broken. Fortunately he
was pretty good at faking enthusiasm so he could act like it was super
cool. Plus it was nice of Tim to get him anything at all, even if it was
something that didn't work.
