Billy could feel his stomach twisting a bit at Isabelle's promise to come
see him. He didn't really think of himself as a fun sort of person, and he
was okay with that, so it made him a bit giddy that she would want to come
visit him just because. That was definitely a good thing, right?
"Oh, it's just me there. Before Alex left she made sure her half of the
rent was paid up for a long time so as long as I'm careful with my money I
don't need- " Bily paused for a moment in his answer as he looked up at her
smile, completely forgetting the words he wanted to use as he was too busy
just looking at her as he gave her a ridiculous smile back.
"Don't need to mate. I mean, a roommate. I don't need a roommate," he
continued, blinking as he reached out and took the water. How long had he
just stared at her? Now was really not the time to stop and stare at her,
he needed to keep talking. Right, the question he wanted to ask her. "And
I was wondering if, uh, if you wanted to go on a date sometime soon. With
me. On a date. Together. Somewhere."
