Well, if she was going to pay for it then it might be okay so long as she
wasn't pitying him or something. Pity boobs were one thing, pity ice cream
was something else. She seemed to be pretty sincere though and nice enough.
"Alright," he said. "I guess if you really don't want to be alone we can
